ferrite Ceramic Round Base Magnets
Ferrite Magnet, made by molding powder mixture of about 80% Fe2O3 and about 20% either BaCo3 or SrO3, belong to the brittleness material,is also called ceramic magnet. The molded powder metallic green is sintered inside a temperature controlled furnace what is heated with electricity or coal. The ferrite magnets have good heat resistance, low cost, moderate performance, has become the most widely used permanent magnet.
Ferrite magnet features: high magnetic properties, good stability and low temperature coefficient.
Ferrite magnet applications: widely used in speakers, motors, toys, auto parts , instruments and so on.

Ferrite magnets are very hard and brittle, and require specialized machining techniques. Moreover, they should be machined in an unmagnetized state. We are equipped to machine these materials to specifications.
Due to their low cost, Ferrite magnets enjoy a very wide range of applications, from motors and loudspeakers to toys and crafts, and are the most widely used permanent magnets today.
